Is Shipping Included in the Prices?

No, we do not offer free shipping on all orders within the USA.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 3 hours by emailing us at grandbloomstore@gmail.comm. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

How Do I Cancel an Order?

To cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours by emailing us at grandbloomstore@gmail.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it for you.

Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee your Grand Bloom Store headband will stay in place when worn correctly. Please be sure you're wearing your headband as we designed it to be worn -- half on your forehead, half on your hair-- and no matter your hair type or head shape, it won't slip!

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please send your headband (with a note saying your name / order number and the word "refund") back to us within 30 days.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Then, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We accept claims within 3 days after delivery of the order!
If you received a headband and you don't like it, you can return it within 3 days!

Exceptions:

If your item was damaged during transit, we will accept a return for either a refund or exchange. Simply inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. You must send us an email within 3 days of receiving the product at grandbloomstore@gmail.com to let us know of the issue.

After we receive the damaged item, we will either send out a replacement if available, or issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Refunds:

The taxes that you paid the US are also non-refundable! Because after delivery, it is also not returned to us! Return shipping at buyer's expense!

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so please be patient.
